Paintings inspired by coastal scenes
I’m Cindy Bilbao, a nature-based artist drawn to coastal landscapes and watery places for the same reason I return to them again and again—they restore me. Painting is my way of experiencing that same sense of emotional replenishment I feel outdoors, whether I’m standing at the edge of the ocean or wandering through a quiet marsh.
My work is expressive and intuitive, shaped by feeling as much as observation. I move freely between acrylics, watercolor, and mixed media, allowing texture, movement, and mood to guide each piece. When I share my artwork, my hope is that it offers the viewer a moment of renewal—an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the landscape in a personal way.
